Well hello... I'm Stefani Coverson (she/her), curator of belonging. My passion is creating spaces where people experience inclusion and belonging. For me, this means amplifying the voices and experiences of those farthest from equity in the workplace. And the data typically tells us it is Black and Indigenous women and women of color.

With over 20 years of experience in human resources across public, non-profit, and education sectors, my vision has always been to create organizational cultures where people thrive by centering people's experiences in them. 

When I'm not working toward my vision, passion, and purpose, you'll find me playing with my puppers, Sheba, Chelsea, and Bolt, and bragging on my amazing daughter. I love to travel, so you'll probably bump into me running through airports. Also, I'm a bit of a foodie and love exploring local cuisines (and adventures) while visiting new places.
